2015 Tower Hill Ikebana Exhibition

Over 1000 people attended our Ikebana Exhibition at Tower Hill Botanic Garden this October. 34 Docents shared their knowledge and enthusiasm as the visitors viewed the 35 exhibits including two large works and a group work. This year the Ohara School was located in the Tokonoma room and the Ikenobo School exhibits were displayed together in the SE Link. Sogetsu School exhibits graced the restaurant, the hallways, the Limonia and a classroom.
Demonstrators from the 3 schools gave 5 programs. A children�s workshop had 12 attendees. Two local potters, and three others from Ohio, NH and the Cape provided a large selection of creative containers for new and experienced arrangers.
